How many times should we feed solids for a 8 month old? I give him rice cereal and a fruit feed...in a day...

2 meals a day is enough, by 9 months introduce 1 snack. So by 12 months completion baby will be on 3 meals and 2 snacks a day , all homemade.

Yeah I am giving him home made food...but how many times a day should I give solids including fruits?

Hi please give homemade foods, dal rice, soaked chapati, idly, dosa, steamed vegetables, eggs etc.
