I work from home.. I jus spend 1-2 hours in evening taking classes.. challenges are me being taken seriously for my work.. people think this is just time pass.. wat I love most is I am with my kid and part of all his activities.. I am not miss any of his first.

Me! I work when my baby sleeps and that happens only at nights. I'm usually awake till late in the night  (it's 230 am right now) doing my work. anything else which requires phone calls or day work I do with him hovering around me. if there is a lot of work pressure or deadlines on a particular day I call my mom or my MIL over and I head out to nearest cafe for a few hours.

My biggest challenge...when to draw the lines of multiple tasks from home vs work. What i love most....optimal usage of time...no wastage of time travel...un- necessary stuff....just work n play
