Hi dear!!..As per me if you are just starting weaning then try it for not more than 2 times a day...make a small amount first and the best time to give; is after 2-2.5 hours of the babies first morning feed as they have a routine after getting up and are a bit cranky too sometimes so...like if the baby gets up and feeds by say 9 you can give cerelac by 11:3o..12..again give feed before afternoon nap...and at night give it between 7-8 because your baby must be sleeping after feeding on bm or fm so by the time he or she sleeps he can take his regular feed and sleep.
