Manually you need to calculate from the date of the last period. So if your last period was on say 2nd February 2018, you will be currently in 8th week of pregnancy. Expecyed due date is calculated as 280 days from the date of last period. However, this is tentative. A sonography will give you a more accurate date

Gernally gynac count from your first day of LAST MONTHLY PERIOD or you can use some due date calculater to count
