Keep watch, if baby has not passed urine for some time then it is expected that she will soon pass urine. Take her to the bathroom, hold her upright over the basin and wipe her bottom with a cool cloth. Have someone ready with a sterile container. In a few minutes baby should pass urine and the person holding the container will be able to collect the urine sample.
