After pregnancy the stubborn fat increases as we loose motility in initial days post delivery. They do not just go out easily. A 45minutes walk is necessary, if time does not permit if u have stair climb up n down five times, count your steps... Like go fetch water to drink don't keep a bottle aside... When you stand in the kitchen for long time, do sit n stand like squats whenever u find time, do breathing exercises, when you hit the bed lift ur right leg up, relax, then left leg up, relax, both the legs up with ur head risen, in v shape, repeat atleast five to ten times....all dese need patience and consistency.
