A healthy baby is a true gift of God. What we can do is just try to be healthy ourselves by taking a proper nutritionally rich pregnancy diet, little activity, walking, prenatal yoga, and adequate rest. U can read good books, watch good stuff on tv, listen to soothing music, journal writing and sometimes talk to the baby.
