for 3 month old I will suggest you can start reading or u can fit mobile hangings or get mobile hangings..you can even make black and white cards with patterns..you sing songs some religious mantra like gayatri mantra etc

u can play peekaboo with ur baby. u can dance with them. keep talking to them. in normal language. I avoid using baby talk. I keep telling her what I m doing cooking. giving a full commentary of d day's chores. sing rhymes. carry ur baby in a baby carrier. we also take walks in d park in d pram.
