How to keep kids healthy during the Monsoon🌧️
Is your kid also a lover of the rain? Vibhu gets mad when it starts raining. No one can then stop him from getting drentched. Hence I need to take extra care so that I can keep him free from Monsoon bugs. Here are some of the tips that can help you as well. These are not only for kids, even applicable for all. Have a look:
1. Don't eat out, no matter what.

2. Always use a mosquito repellent. Use roll-ons/patches when stepping out of home, and have repellent in rooms as well.

3. Keep umbrella and rain coat etc always in easy reach. Always carry them when you are going out.

4. Wash and dry your feet whenever they get wet. Don't continue to wear wet socks or shoes.

5. If you get drentched, always take bath with clean water also. Add 2 cups of Dettole or Betadine disinfectant.

6. Don't stay in AC room for longer with wet hair and damp clothes.

7. Avoid wearing tight clothes. Stick to pure cotton or linen fabric.

8. In case you suffer itching, use an anti fungal talc to prevent accumulation of sweat in skin folds.

9. Drink lot of water and herbal teas.

10. Have food items rich in Vitamin C to boost your immune system.
Now about anti fungal talc/cream, whenever you visit your doc, ask for any safe anti fungal talc name. Buy it and keep it for using further.
