Have fruits with high water content like watermelon, berries, lettuce, peaches, cucumber , tomatoes, apples, zucchini. Also have buttermilk , yogurt, soups and fresh juices to keep hydrating your body time to time

Hey Richa here are some tried and tested ways for you to stay hydrated in summers Start by drinking a cup of water each morning when you wake up or a glass before bed. Have another glass with every meal. Drink one or two cups after working out. To ward off dehydration, drink fluids gradually throughout the day.
