by any excerise or yoga to be started onlg aftet 3 months...that too after ur doc allows...

It can be reduced by a proper combination of exercise and diet. <br>
After 3 months you can start with brisk walks....and then around 6 months start with workouts . Always eat healthy food. avoid sugary and fried items. . Have lots of water.
