you cannot massage baby's head till fonatelles (soft spot) have been closed.Massaging head even with the slight pressure will do more harm than good.Rai pillow comes under the category of choking hazard hence will not do good.Horse shoe shape pillow will flatten the head from the back.For changing shape you can keep changing the position of the baby like sideways or give more tummy time.Ask your doctor if baby is turning head in one side
