well i used to meep lot of pilloe.. in between knees.. supporting my chest.. at the back... everywhere i had a pillow.. so many that my hubby used to say therez no space for him on the bed...😂😂😂😂

Take a glass of warm milk at night.keep yourself active throughout the day.You can bath in warm water before sleeping.Dim lights in your room and get lots of pillows for support.Avoid using mobile or Watching tv during sleeptime.Don't sleep immediately after Dinner<u>.</u>
