Actually in pregnancy we behave like child i mean we need care attention of others when we don't get it we feel negative... But dear we should stay calm with ourself it's a beautiful phase .. We just think about baby if we feel good he also.. Always think are u caring urself n baby.. It's ok.. Do whatever u think listening music &#127908;&#127932;&#127929;&#127926;.. Watching TV... Write anything in ur note book it will give u mental peace... <br> Happy with urself other will automatically give u reason to stay positive.. <br> All the very best dear... <br> If u feel low BBC Will make u happy always... &#128536;&#128536;&#128536;&#128536;

Pregnancy period is preparation for it.. staying positive is very easy stay active, talk to people around about good things, go for walk daily as walking relieves from stress, listen to music.Doing simple house work like Cooking, cleaning will also help.

eat healthy nd do your favourite activities..dont take stress ..listen good music..walk in fresh air daily nd do meditation..dont connect with negative people..
