Ragi Dosa is easy... Mix ragi flour with curd / buttermilk.. let it's rest for 15-20 min.. than make dosas.. agg ghee for kids..
Ragi mixed in milk.. boil milk add ragi and littler sugar / jaggery.. once mixed well it's done.. check on how thick you want for your child add milk accordingly...

You can make it like sera.. Roast it add water and gud and give it like halwa ..
I used to make a porridge with palm jaggery and water.
