@asha chaudhry thankyou for the tag :-) yeah @6372bdf9d28b060015d964a2 takes time. as asha said start with walks. if you can manage 30 mins a day twice then that's great. If you are bf then do it as MUCH as you can since that is one of the best ways to lose weight. Control your portion sizes and eat more of proteins. If you can have 2 eggs daily then go for it. You don't have to eat for 2 people. Have 6 small meals instead of 3 or 4 heavy ones. Have milk as it will help feeding. Once your baby completes 6 months you can start with some workouts. Nothing high intensity to start with. Slowly increase the difficulty level. But check with your doctor. Monitor your weight regularly. It really helps. I also had a c section but it's possible to reduce. Also realize that your tummy muscles have become weak during pregnancy since they were stretched all around cos of the baby. So it will take time to regain its original shape. And belly fat is the most stubborn fat in the body. So work on losing weight overall. Gradually your tummy will also reduce. Take care and have fun! Love to your lil one.
