heya ,<br> avoid carbonated drinks, pineapple , papaya unhygenic food , food in which ajinomoto is used. rest have anything you want in moderation. keep yourself hydrated. 2-3 ltrs of water.fresh juice lime water , buttermilk, coconut water anything will work.<br> protien rich food ( dal , eggs ,paneer etc) lots of veggies , fresh fruits . just keep balanced diet. in between meals munch something ( biscuits , roasted chana , fruit salad , oats anything you like ) <br> dont be empty stomach for long.&nbsp;&nbsp; enjoy your pregnancy stay calm and relaxed
