this is only one pointer which you have shared with me T3 and T4 these are also important when considering whether your thyroid is hyperfunctional or it is hypofunctional I will advise You to start with thyroxine meet your gynecologist or see an endocrinologist which will be more better since it is just the start of pregnancy an endocrinologist will be able to help you throughout because every month the thyroid test will be repeated
