Mild pinches normal but it should not be a sharp shooting pain which made you sit for a while so if the pain was such that you had to sit for a while then it is an indication of placental changes you will need to see your gynecologist if you see light bleeding or if you feel the pain again just to ensure that amniotic fluid and baby weight is growing properly
