I am 14 weeks pregnant and my doc prescribed me calcium and iron suppliments .what is the best time to take these supplements and anything should be avoided with these suppliments.

Hi Anji iron has to be taken after breakfast, the reason for not having after dinner is it will constipate next day. Never have iron with milk or milk products, because calcium hinders iron absorption. Have iron with orange juice or lemon juice vitamin c helps in increasing HB level. You can have your calcium supplements after dinner.
