I am 15 week pregnant. I daily get up at 5 am due to uneasiness I'm legs and lower back. It slightly aches. I am having disturbed sleep. What should I do?

It's normal.. drink lots of water and take fruits... Do little bit of walking inside the house.. eat something or take juices and then take another nap... Lots of water and juices. Is to be taken especially during summer..
