I am 17 week pregnant. i heard that having makhane during pregnancy is good.Can i include Makhane in my daily diet?

Of course.. my gyn suggesed me to have them as snacks bt home prepared with less ghee, so as to not increase weight too much, and avoid flavoured ones available in the market.
