I am 17 weeks pregnant and from past two weeks, I have pain in hip bone. I can’t sit properly or walk much. Is it ok or is there anything to worry about?

Try using a hot water bag , use a pillow to support your hips when sleeping or sitting , try stretching, also there are a few yoga exercises to relieve pain u can check that on my profile

Try changing your sleeping position and take alot of pillow support for your routine sleep. Get a hot water bag massgae for your slef. I hope this helps
