I am 19 weeks pregnant, Yesterday i am done with my anamoly scan, in that placenta anterior and grade 2 maturity is written?

what is grade 2 maturity, is this ok? Any one please tell me regarding that

is there anything serious... my doctor didnt mention anything she just saw the reports and told everything is ok, but when i googled it i found it will be after 30 weeks, what should i do mom
