Eat a well balanced diet, include all fruits and vegetables, homemade foods are better. Avoid eating gassy and fatty foods dear. Stay hydrated

Food from all food groups with plenty of water and buttermilk.. coconut water.. lemonede etc..fruit salads...more veggies..pulses..<u>cereals</u>
