I am 25 weeks pregnant and suffering from nose blocked , ENT dr. Suggested surgery, but that not possible atleast one year and could not use ovtrivin in preganancy.i took steam daily but no use. Girls plz ,suggest some remedies.
The surgery can be done after the delivery.. till then medical line of treatment will help you.. ask your ent to prescribe pregnancy safe medicines.. for nasal block- use nasal saline drops, sprinkle some eucalyptus oil over your pillow, use humidifiers, steaming helps to relieve block.. use some crushed ginger while boiling water for steaming..
