I am 3 & half month pregnant..today i fell off from 7-8 stairs on my back..on ultrasound it shows low lying placenta & doctor said baby's head comes near the opening of cervix..advised bed rest for 3 days..is 3 days sufficient?..pls guide what precautions to be taken ..m very afraid
little swelling on back & its paining..no bleeding..so should i take bed rest for one month?

Bed rest is compulsory even up to one month as u ve met accident also..is there any injuries r bleeding??
if so thn take rest fa one month n take medicines properly and again do a usg by taking advice frm doctor..
