It's normal as the baby is growing .. drink lots of water abd do not hold the urine .. if it persist then please check with your doctor

It's due to pressure of the growing baby.. But it could also be a sign of infection if u have associated symptoms like urine urgency and freq urination if so check with gynae.. If pain is intense visit ur doctor.. Place pillow between groin region while sleeping on side
