I am 32 weeks1 day pregnant and as of yesterday ultrasound my baby weighs around 1.6kgs. Doctors tell me my baby is weak and should weigh more. I am worried. What should i do?

Ur weight will not incerese babys weight<br> U have to take more protein riched food for babys growth. <br> Take besan chilla, chana dal, dal, broccoli, kabuli, brown chana, spinach, soya, egg white in ur <u>diet</u>

Hi Do not worry but have protein riched foods like dal, paneer, tofu, soya, lentils, eggs, chicken, nuts, dry fruits etc. Did your doctor give you any protein powder?

Dear start having fluids..water.. lemonade... buttermilk.. coconut water..even glucose sometimes..also lits of protein intake will help..I had eaten rasgullas as my babies weight was less and movements were also less..you can also have that from a good hygeinic place...also include homemade paneer and curd in your daily diet...

Hi<br> Eat protein rich diet. Include lots of dhal, lentils, legumes, dairy products, eggs, well cooked chicken not fried one but the healthy gravy or curries. This will help a bit. Also follow your doctor's advise. Keep a watch on baby&#8217;s movements and stay hydrated. All the best
