I am 32+2 pregnant. My stomach is getting tight and relax after some time. This was happening from last few weeks. But today frequency is increased. Is it anything to worried about it. And how to count it?

if your stomach is feeling tight and is relaxing then this will be identified as baby movements and I will advise you to take one non stress test to identify if the fetal movements are more than normal this would signal a low amniotic fluid as well contractions are very different from stomach movements contraction will be felt below the pelvic area and you can easily understand the movements in your vaginal wall it is similar to the menstrual cramp so you can identify now was it a feeling of a menstrual cramp or was it just a slight movement in stomach
