I am 33 weeks pregnant. I am active and do all household work and enjoy doing it these days.. unknowingly I keep on bending while lifting stuff..I don't feel any discomfort as my bump is not that big..doc says it's because I am tall. infect if I sit or sleep for long then my back and legs starts paining.
my question is will it affect my baby?

Hey it's all OK... Leg n back pains are part of pregnancy don't wry... <br>
Reg bending down directly if u could avoid the better as due to ths u r getting back pains more wth discomforts, ... Check ck. With ur doc if u could squat n pick up things (if baby is in vertex position n no cord around the neck u can squat which ll help u for ease Labour n would promote normal delivery )

Hey siddhi my doc has advised me to stay as active as I can during my pregnancy. she said it would help make delivery easier. although avoid lifting heavy stuff . I also used to bend and didn't face any problems as such.  but do speak to your gynaecologist once as well.  keep a check on baby's movements 💞
