I am 6 weeks 5 days pregnant. I am not feeling energetic and fit and feel as if I have body ache. What can I do to be more active and get relieve from this body ache?

Take proper food and lots of water and juices... Include fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet...hope you are having proper sleep too..
