I am 7 weeks pregnant..i want to know what care should i take and what kind of activities can i do like what household courses can i do, what positions of sitting standing and sleeping should i avoid. please suggest.

Hi Krutika. Thanx a lot. Also want to ask, as i am working amd have not quit my job aa yet. i work 8hrs so after going home i knead the dough and have to make 20 chapatis atleast. also few vessels to wash. so is it good to do this or its risky in the 1st trimester. also want to know is it risky to do bending jobs?

First of all congratulations dear.. as u r in the first trimester avoid jerky movements. Don't exert urself. Rest is important. For sitting and standing dnt slouch. U can use pillows for support. Ideally the best position to sleep is on the left side as it supplies good blood flow and oxygen to the baby.
