It could b due to gas formation. Eat small meals at 2 hours interval, 4 liters of water and if u don't feel too exhausted or tired take a walk around. U can also chew a tbsp ajwain and swallow it with mouthful of water after every meal. <br> If u feel tightness and pain in lower abdomen then consult ur doctor asap!
