I am 8 months pregnant and according to my tests report my sugar level is increased though i strictly follow my diet and also avoid sugar...now what should do or eat to decrease my sugar...here is my report copy

i was also advised for second test within a month and this is my second report earlier was better 176 was 155 and other was normal
