Go. For walk.. Avoid sitting at one place for long time... Keep your back posture proper u ll nt gt ths pain

hi rajashree - i used to prop myself with pillows or use a hot water bottle. i m a huge vollini fan as well! healing hugs.

its normal actually. but do talk to ur gyno abt it. may be ask for a pain killer&nbsp; meanwhile chk ur posture.. how u sleep.. and sit.. also try and walk everyday for 20-25 min. it helps in many ways.
