I am 8 weeks pregnant n having stomach bloating. I don't know what to do. I don't feel like having anything. I can't even HV any veggies.

Dear have light food like curd rice..or upma..daliya etc..walk after meals... don't take water with meals..keep at least half hour gap.. roast some hing, ajwain on a tawa and swallow with warm water

Eat small meals at frequent intervals, drink lots of fluids, add ajwain to the water and drink to ease indigestion
