I am a Health conscious Person .I believe in Eating Simple Homemade Food cooked in Minimal Oil and less spices.I believe in taking care of myself by taking small steps on daily basis.A short walk if Long cannot be accomplished ,Finding a silent place to relax my mind for some time if Meditation seems impossible. Few Habits which I have adopted with time (Post Motherhood )and are part of my Routine are mentioned below : ✔️A Glass of Hot milk induced with 2 spoons of Proteinex (During Bed time ).Hot milk not only helps me to relax but also takes care of Calcium Deficiency and Proteinex is perfect to compensate for Protein Deficiency ✔️Minimum of One Fruit a Day ✔️Tracking my Water intake (I fill 2 bottles in the morning itself to make sure I drink this much of water alteast as sometimes I am too lazy to reach out for a glass and fill it with water ) ✔️Waking up Early in the Morning (before my daughter ) and prepping up for the day and getting the first few minutes in the morning solely for myself to sip my tea calmly (I call it Me time too since as my daughter wakes up ,literally say ends in the blink of an eye ) ✔️Walk as much possible.Take the stairs. ✔️ Meditating for 10-15 minutes on daily basis (if this seems possible ,I simple lie down with closed eyes for some time to relax my mind ) I strongly believe being a Mother we need to try hard to take extra care of ourself .I know it's hard sometimes but being mindful of our health helps us to take actions .I have even set alarms in Mobile for water intake and Consuming at least one fruit a day so that I am constantly reminded In case I forget. These are really simple and valuable hacks that see us through in the long run. <br>
I would like to add one that I do. We've potted some medicinal plants like tulsi, brahmi and other plants.. So when we are around then we pluck a leaf or two and munch on them. I'm not sure how helpful that is but it feels good. I also love doing on lemongrass tea.. My husband has turned into an addict of the same. So we skip the normal tea and have this in the morning at times
