Even my suggestion also would be daycare.. As you can't rely on these maids... Daycare might look expensive.. But for a maid it's not just salary you need to provide food,  take care of their emergency expenses.. Also you have to give them Diwali delights etc.. ND also when your baby gets emotionally attached to maid. They might use the situation and ask u more money

My suggestion for you would be that a good daycare would be safer than leaving the baby all alone in the hands of a maid. Plus, in a daycare there will be other children and your baby will develop socially too. Please think this over.
