I am being asked about how I maintain my weight .I want to share these tips.

1.Never starve yourself. Eat once in 2 hours. It's ok to have a lil fat here and there. I don't believe in a flat ab. Fat in normal quantities protects the body.

2. Eat whatever you want without counting calories, but include lots of yogurt, water, green tea and fruits in food, as they are healthy.

3. I avoid outside food to the maximum.We never know what kind of oils and fats are being used. Again for health reasons, not for calories. It's not funny to eat flour, sugar and too much of spices on a regular basis.

4. Think of health, not about your weight. Fitness and feeling active is more important. I respect my body type and go by it.

5. I don't care a damn what people think of me. There are sadists who tease us for being slim, chubby, medium, tall, short, fair, dark, male, female or human.(I was body shamed all the time) Feel free to use some bad words for such people.

6. Feel great about yourself most of the times. Respect your individuality despite the numerous roles we need to play in life.It boosts immune system and keeps skin glowing. Look into the mirror and feel wow at the gorgeous person you see. Beauty lies in the soul. Once we love ourselves, we look great. And the world treats us exactly the way we treat ourselves!
