Your baby will cry for various reasons such as hunger, dirty diaper, boredom, a little scared or maybe just to ask for a cuddle. Keep track of the number of times the baby passed urine - about seven to eight in a twenty four hour period. If urine output is adequate, stools are yellow and weight gain is on track it is best to exclusively breast feed.

hunger is only one of the reasons.
feed baby 20 min per side
feed on demand
burp after every 10 min.

it takes abt 3-4 weeks for the body to understand the feed cycle. demand and supply basically. the more u feed, the more ull make. babies cry cause of lot of reasons.
