u should continue breastfeeding. because u will pass on the antibodies ur body will be creating to fight the fever and ur baby will be less likely to get the fever. and also very important make sure that ur breasts don't hurt or has clogged ducts. when breastfeeding sometimes ducts gets clogged due to abundant milk supply and can cause fever. so pls make sure u rule that out.
