I am going for my checkup today.; Does 7th month scanning requires drinking lot of water. What does this scan signify?; Why do we need to take this scan?

Have normal food and water.; The doc might or might not ask to empty the bladder.; The scan occurs around week 28-32 to check foetal growth.

7th month scan is growth scan, it is good to take up this scan to know the growth of the baby. I don't think so lot of water is required but have food so that baby must be active
