I am having constant up and down in fever for the last 2 days. The fever reaches to its max with my palms as hot as a Tava. Feeling thirsty every 2 hrs and severe ache in every part of body. Despite having calpol 500 mg, Zifi 200 and pantosec D fever and hotness of body comes back after every 2 or 3 hrs. The appetite is gone. Pls help me.
