This can happen when the breast starts releasing colostrum. It may also indicate that the body is dropping the progesterone levels in preparation for birth. As you are in week 37 these signs are fairly common.

try to feel ur breast ,if any lump like feeling get it checked too.

I also had the same question, me too having injection kinda pain on my left breast nipple.

fine.. it is colostrum.. just express and discard the secretions.. if pain continues, then discuss with your doctor..
