I am in 3rd week of pregnancy n i am feeling very weak, unable to sleep at night, due to less sleep m worried n stressed the whole night... N in the morning i feel so bad...pls tell me what to do?

Listen to some music or mantras.. keep the lights dim.. don't over think.. be positive..

Try sleeping because its just the beginning, as you progress in pregnancy sleep will be difficult. Go for a walk in the night, have early dinner and do not use mobile phone after 9 pm.
