I am mother of 21 days old baby and writing my all queries on this app and i must say all are being nicely answered.But still i have query and i am not satisfied with all the answers reagarding breastmilk.everytime i get the ans is breastmilk and breastmilk no formula milk..its a mind game yes it could be but when ur mind heart says milk is coming but still your baby shows sign of hunger and drinks 60 ml fm and then sleeps ..it somehow indicate me that my breast milk is not coming that much.moreover i am taking medicine to increase breast milk all possible ajwain jeera apricoat dates milk daliya saunf..i dont think i have left any food which can increase breast milk.taking all this with my mindset that milk is getting produced i am still struggling..its easy to say stop formula milk but when you cant see your baby hungry.

I can understand your situation completely <b><span style="color:#3B5998;"> @616da9239dc2de0015c72c16 </span></b> . I am sailing in the same boat. My baby is on 7 feeds of FM. But she sleeps well, is playful, isn't cranky, pee's well and is active and this all that matters end of the day.

<span style="color:#3B5998;"><b> @616db82e8054f30013c5e7a7 </b></span> mine is 70% bm and 30 %fm..but sometimes its hard to maintain this ration even i try to reduce this 30%.i feel its not that i wish to choose giving fm but i had to.moreover u also face it means it is not only my case.sometimes i m so tired as my baby doesnot sleep after bm and i feel dizziness and i feel i will fall on the floor.thats y i have to give fm

I too had to start formula for my baby at 3 weeks. Mu baby too used to be cranky after every feed and she slept only after I gave her 60ml. Since then she is partly on FM and partly BM. If you are givinv your baby FM, there is nothing wrong in it. Just continue latching her to your breast before every FM feed. I too do the same.
