Hi just make sure you feed the baby from one breast till the baby unlatches, next time offer the other breast. This way baby will get both hind and fore milk, both are important.

Hi Rajani, there is no specific way of knowing when exactly the hind milk will come and for how long. However, all we can say is it follows after foremilk, when the milk flow has reduced and the breast is nearly empty towards the end of feeding session. It will be thicker so u would know that it's hindmilk.
