@5f6e0b33c0de03004572c596 can you help? @dr. Jyoti sharma I myself have thyroid and honestly it&rsquo;s been a struggle to lose weight. However what I was recommended and I try and do is to make healthier food choices and try and walk as much as I can given it&rsquo;s hard to make time for self with kid home and work.

Hi joining gym is the best solution, You can first start with 30 mins walk . Avoid eating out, eat local fruits and vegetables. Thyroid increases our weight so get it checked once in 3 months.
