i am not  able  to  sleep on my sides. it pains when i take sides. y is this happening.

First and foremost identify where it hurts. If your abdomen is hurting then this is due to stretching and a wedge pillow will help. If your thighs are hurting then you need to place a pillow between your thighs when you sleep. If you like you can invest in a body pillow as well.

yes this should be normal due to stretching of ligaments! yet better to give a call to <u>doctor</u>
